I have these feelings...

How can I explain these feelings I feel,
How can I prove to you these feelings are so real
All I can do is tell you and I hope you believe,
I can explain these feelings- but very few,
Most of them are so complex I hope you can see,
How much you mean to me.

I have never felt anything like this before,
You have filled my heart with happiness galore.
Everyday my love for you grows,
Ask God, for I tell him every night, so he knows.
Without you my heart would be incomplete,
At first I tried to fight off these feelings, afraid of getting hurt,
But I always found myself drowning in defeat.

It's been many months now, and I still love you to death,
I'm thinking of you with the intake of every breath,
Life couldn't be more perfect, no matter how hard it tried,
Especially not with you right by my side.
With you next to me and in my heart,
There is nothing I couldn't do, even though we may be far apart,

I hope you know forever, I will always love you,
I can promise you these feelings will never disappear,
And I know sometimes you get scared they will,
But they never will so, baby, please don't fear.
For if we ever did part, I know I'd find myself back with you,
Because without you I would have a bleeding heart,

But that won't be happening anytime soon.
I know sometimes things get rocky, and we have fought,
But I never meant any of the things, regardless of what you thought.
When I get upset, I say many things I don't mean to say,
Sometimes I think for all the times I have hurt you, maybe I should pay.
It hurts me to know sometimes I made you sad,
Because you are the one who means the most to me, it makes me so mad.

So, I want to say I'm sorry for everything I have done,
Please forgive me, for this fight you have won.
Everything I have ever wanted, I have found in you,
Sometimes I wonder, is it too good to be true??
It didn't take me very long to fall for you- only days,
Your kind words and loving thoughts made me feel this way.

If only I could open my heart, and let you see,
All these amazing feelings inside of me,
Then you would surely believe these feelings are so true,
Baby, forever and eternity... I will always love you.
